Vlado succeeded in a variety of business ventures before adapting his passion for customer service and building innovative business solutions, to the cleaning industry by starting Choice Cleaning. Vlado began servicing a single Big W Woolworth store in Moorabbin, Victoria in 1993. Utilizing the latest European Floor Technology, Vlado quickly established his hands-on reputation with store management and Senior Management of Woolworth. Innovative solutions in floor maintenance and cleaning systems established a steady growth of stores throughout the 90’s and into 2000’s. By mid 2000’s Vlado was servicing over 95% of all Big W’s in Australia and had expanded to other clients in retail, Shopping Centers, Health, Corporate Office and medium and small business portfolios. Applying the same high standards of service to employing and guiding his Cleaner Teams, the Choice Cleaning Management Team grew from his belief in “bringing people” with him through promoting and identifying high caliber Team Members to continue to drive Choice Cleaning to new levels of service and innovation. By 2016 Choice Cleaning had morphed into Choice FM offering a suite of property service solutions and a broad client profile. Vlado continues to innovate and drive the success of Choice FM to succeed for clients and staff in the future.
